Being the second best seller in India, Hyundai Motors is celebrating its success in the Indian auto-market with its peak selling small cars, Hyundai i10 and Hyundai i20. Today, this Korean auto-grand has added one more member in its kitty. Born on 13^th October, the Eon is the third cheapest hatchback model available in India after Tata Nano and Maruti Alto. Tagged at a nominal price of Rs. 2.69 lakhs,Hyundai Eon is specially designed for the Indian auto market. The ultimate classy, Hyundai Eon doubles the driving pleasure with its soothing driving pleasure and enhanced fuel economy. Known for building reliable cars, Hyundai Motors now might have an upper hand over Maruti Suzuki with Eon on domestic shores.

The thrilling little two-box, Eon exposes intelligently designed dynamics that resembles with Hyundai Santro Xing and Hyundai i10. So far, the Alto was the sole ruler in its segment, but now Hyundai Eon is the second small roadster to snatch the sales of B segment cars.

The efficient 814 cc, 3 – cylinder petrol engine of Hyundai Eon can toss maximum output of 56 bhp at 5500 rpm and maximum torque of 76.5 Nm @ 4000 rpm. To avail the passengers with a swift ride experience, Hyundai Motors has poised the Eon with independent mcpherson strut with coil spring & anti-roll bar front suspensions and torsion beam axle with coil spring rear suspensions.

Hyundai Eon not only features excellent dynamics but also churns phenomenal power. This little two-box has potential to cross speed range of 0 – 100 kmph in mere 17 seconds, with the top speed being 130 kmph.
